1a) Logging In
You are typically logged in automatically upon signing up for your membership.
How to verify: Scroll down to the suggested collections at the bottom of the page; if you see the silver member savings badges on the products, you are successfully logged in.
If you are logged out: Click the person icon in the upper right corner of the menu. Enter the email address you used to sign up, and then input the verification code that gets sent to your inbox.
1b) Ways to Navigate the Site
With over 3,000 products available, here are the best ways to find what you need for your build:
- Suggested Collections: Browse the homepage for curated lists, including monthly featured products, seasonal items, newest arrivals, and the biggest savings opportunities.
- Shop by Brand: Scroll down the homepage to view all products from your favorite brands. You can use filters to narrow results by your van make, in-stock availability, and list price range.
- Shop by Category: If you want to compare options across different brands, navigate through the category menus (e.g., Van Interior > Window Shades) to view and compare all available choices side-by-side.
- Direct Search: If you already know exactly what you need, use the search bar in the upper right corner to look up the specific brand and part.
2) Don't See A Part You Want
If you need a specific part that we don't currently carry, we want to add it to the collective for you:
- Navigate to the Membership tab and click Suggest a Product.
- Copy and paste a direct link to the product from the manufacturer's website.
- Our team will contact the brand to negotiate an insider price that we can pass along to you.
- We will email you with an update once we have a verdict on whether they will add the product to our collective.
3) Cart/Checkout Error Fix
Cart savings are calculated in real-time. Occasionally, rapidly adding and removing items before heading to checkout can cause a glitch where the savings code doesn't auto-apply.
- The Fix: Simply navigate back to your cart page and hit refresh on your browser. When you proceed to checkout again, the savings code should auto-apply.
- If you still experience issues, please fill out a Contact Us form so our support team can get it sorted for you ASAP.
