Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Open Road Supply Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we carry both our own products and products from partner brands, return and refund policies vary depending on the item purchased.

Open Road Supply Co. Products

All products sold and fulfilled directly by Open Road Supply Co. are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is returned in unused, undamaged condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

To initiate a return or refund, please submit a request through our Contact Us form. Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment.

After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis. While refunds are not guaranteed outside of the 30-day window, we’ll always do our best to take care of you.


Non–Open Road Supply Co. (Partner Vendor) Products

Products sold by third-party vendors through the Open Road Supply Co. marketplace are subject to the individual return and refund policies of the vendor.

Each vendor’s policy can be found on their respective website and will apply to any returns, exchanges, or refunds for their products.

Open Road Supply Co. does not control or override third-party vendor return policies.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations will appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Shipping Rates

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and carrier rates.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total at checkout.

  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes and is returned to us (if return to sender is available), any recoverable refund may be reduced by return shipping costs and related fees.

International Returns

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check compatibility and your shipping address before placing your order.
