Open Road Supply Co is a collective that brings together top brands in the van and vehicle exploration space into one marketplace at lower prices for our members.
What does a membership get me?
The $50 Annual Membership give you access to member's only lower prices on gear from top brands up to 40% off the typical retail price! Discounts are auto applied to your cart at checkout when you're a member so no chasing down codes.
How are your prices lower than the brands' own websites?
The brands we partner with give us a percentage of each sale we generate to replace what they'd traditionally give up for wholsaling or spendign on ads. We take most of that refferal % and give it back to our members as a discount so they get lower than retail prices so every dollar goes further on their build!
Are the products on here new or used?
Everything is brand new! Shipped directly from the brand to you.
Does Open Road ship the products?
No we do not ship most orders unless it is an ORSC branded product. Most orders ship directly from the brand that makes them so that way there is no duplicate shipping costs so you get the lowest price.
Can I build my whole van using this site?
Yes absolutely! We've got parts that cover every stage of the build and we are continuously adding new brands and new parts to our collective.
What's the Return, Refund, Shipping or Other Policy?
In short we follow the policies of the brand that makes and ships the products you order, our customer service team will assist with any order issues as needed to help make things right, but we suggest you review the brand you are orderings policies before ordering as policies very from brand to brand and product to product.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping rates match what the brand sets for their website so youll see the same shipping costs and options on ORSC as you will on their direct site. We do add a three dollar processing fee to cover credit card processing fees.
Where can I find my Order Tracking Number/Info?
Check your email for a confirmation email that should have a tracking number or click the icon in the top right to see all your orders and tracking info
