FAQ

1. Can it support my weight while suspended?

No, the belts are only supposed to hold the weight of the bed frame itself. it needs to be lowered to a secondary support platform like cabinets first prior to supporting the weight of sleepers.

Important Installation Warning

The mounting brackets must be installed perfectly level from side to side. If one side is mounted higher than the other, that side will reach the bed’s fully raised position first while the opposite side continues to travel. This can cause the bed to tilt and place excessive strain on the lifting system, frame, and mounting points.
