Installation Instructions

1. Set Up

• Locate the rear differential housing.

• Position the skid plate beneath the differential and align the mounting points with the axle tube locations.

2. Attach U-Bolts

• Wrap the U-bolts around the correct axle mounting points, with the rubber sleeves positioned between the U-bolts and the axle tubes.

• Insert the threaded ends of the U-bolts through the corresponding mounting holes or slots in the skid plate.

3. Secure the Skid Plate

• Install the washer plates, lock washers, and nuts onto the threaded ends of the U-bolts.

• Hand-tighten all nuts first to hold the skid plate in position.

4. Final Tightening

• Tighten each nut evenly, making sure the skid plate remains centered and securely seated.

5. Final Inspection

• Verify that the skid plate is centered and does not interfere with any nearby components or moving parts.

• Ensure all nuts are fully tightened and that the skid plate is stable.
