Designed with configurable aluminum crossbars, it adapts to your setup—whether you need space for gear, lighting, or other adventure essentials.

This Flat-Pack Roof Rack 148 includes the outer frame components, inner crossbars, and all the hardware needed for assembly and installation. (All other third-party accessory components like lights, decking, solar, etc. are sold separately.)

Product Features:

• The outer frame construction is made from lightweight 5052 Aluminum w/ a textured black powder coat finish
• The (x4) inner crossbars are 6061 aluminum extrusions w/ a black powdercoated finish
• Inner crossbars can be reconfigured forwards or backwards along the additional mounting slots in order to accommodate most roof-mounted features (vent fan / AC / etc.)
• Crossbars feature counterbored feed slots for easy drop-in of M6 // ¼"-20 T-slot hardware for potential accessory mounting configurations (all sold separately)
• The Side Rails offer (x20) slots (which accept up to 5/16"/M8 hardware) perfect for mounting aftermarket lighting (sold separately)
• CNC Cut & Bent for Precise Fitment

Tools Required for Installation:
Required: 3/8" Drive Ratchet w/ 13mm Socket, 4mm Allen Key (included), 10mm Wrench, Ladder, Pry Tool
Recommended: Additional ladder & help from a friend, Blue Threadlocker, Metric Hex-Drive Sockets if you prefer to tighten with your ratchet instead of the provided Allen key, Lap Sealant & Butyl Tape
