Orion Van Gear
Sprinter Side Ladder (2007+ High Roof)
Description
Original round rung version available while supplies last at clearance pricing.
Overview
The Sprinter Side Ladder is a lightweight, adjustable side ladder for 2007 and newer high roof Mercedes Sprinter vans. It mounts anywhere between the wheel wells on the driver side, giving you flexible roof access exactly where you need it for solar panels, gear, roof decks, cleaning, or snow removal. This two-piece ladder follows the Sprinter body lines for a clean, factory-style fit and works with the Orion Stealth+ Roof Rack as a direct-mount setup. For vans without an Orion rack, a roof rail bracket version is available for OEM roof rail installations.
We now offer two rung styles. The original round rung version is available while supplies last at clearance pricing, and the new flat step version adds a wider stepping surface plus laser-cut mounting points for carriage bolts on both the front and back sides of each rung for improved accessory mounting flexibility.
Not compatible with most full-length running boards. Fit varies by brand, but full-length boards typically block the lower ladder mount. For best results, use half-length or three-quarter-length running boards.

It is a side ladder designed for 2007 and newer high roof Mercedes Sprinter vans, giving you adjustable roof access along the driver side between the wheel wells.
We offer the original round rung version and the new flat step version. The round rung ladders are old stock and available at clearance pricing, while the flat step version is the updated design.
The new flat step version replaces the original round rungs with flat steps and adds laser-cut carriage bolt mounting points on both the front and back sides of each rung for improved accessory mounting flexibility.
The ladder is made from 1.25 inch aluminum tubing for a strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant design, and it features a premium UV-resistant black powder coat finish.
The ladder has an 11 inch step width and weighs approximately 11 pounds with mounting hardware included.
Yes. The ladder is designed for straightforward installation and includes the necessary mounting hardware.
The standard version attaches directly to the side of an Orion Stealth+ Roof Rack, with the lower section mounting to the pinch seam using the included bracket. A roof rail bracket version is also available for vans using OEM roof rails instead of an Orion rack.
This ladder is compatible with 2007 and newer high roof Mercedes Sprinter vans.
Usually not. Most full-length running boards interfere with the lower ladder mount. Half-length or three-quarter-length running boards are recommended for the best fit.
A side ladder gives you quick and easy roof access for cleaning solar panels, loading gear, accessing a roof deck, removing snow, and using roof-mounted accessories more conveniently.
