Turn Your Vehicle Into a Basecamp in Minutes

A deployable, inflatable shelter for trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, vans, wagons, RVs, and more.

The AirHaven 40 isn't just an awning. It's a portable shelter system designed to create usable outdoor space wherever your vehicle takes you.

Inflate it. Attach it. Create your space.

When you're ready to move, deflate it, pack it into the included bag, and go.

QUICK-DEPLOY. LIGHTWEIGHT. PACKABLE.

No poles. No complicated hardware. No permanent installation.

The AirHaven 40 is all-air supported, weighs just 7 lbs with bag and attachments, and packs down for easy storage and transport.

CREATE YOUR SPACE

The AirHaven 40 provides 42 sq. ft. of covered space next to your vehicle.

Use it as:

A shaded, sheltered outdoor living area
A protected cooking or camp kitchen space
A gear staging area
A sheltered workspace
An extension of your vehicle's living space

And because the AirHaven system is modular, you can add up to three Annex Walls to create a more enclosed outdoor room.

ONE AWNING. MULTIPLE VEHICLES.

Unlike traditional hard-mounted awnings, AirHaven is portable.

Move it between vehicles or reposition it on the same vehicle depending on your adventure.

Works with:

Trucks • SUVs • Jeeps • Vans • Wagons • RVs • Truck Campers • Shells

GEN 4 — BETTER BY DESIGN

The 2026 Gen 4 AirHaven 40 introduces new materials and hardware while keeping the lightweight, packable design that makes AirHaven different.

NEW FOR GEN 4:

New HR spring-loaded Halkey-Roberts air valves
7 lbs complete with bag and attachments
Ripstop polyester canopy with waterproof taped seams
TPU air bladders
Dacron 160 g/m² or Dyneema inflatable struts
Compact, packable design

TWO STRUT MATERIALS. BOTH PROVEN.

Every AirHaven 40 canopy is ripstop polyester — high-quality sailcloth — with waterproof taped seams.

The struts come two ways.

Dacron 160 g/m² is durable and lightweight. It's our choice, and it's the watersport world's choice. That's the proof of strength.

Dyneema is our high-end material. Built for marine use, and equally good overland.

BUILT FOR REAL TRAVEL

Designed and tested in the Columbia River Gorge, the wind-sport capital of North America.

The AirHaven 40 is built to handle the realities of vehicle-based adventure.

For windy conditions, Annex Walls are recommended to be staked down for additional stability.

INFLATE. ATTACH. DONE.

The AirHaven 40 inflates to 8 PSI using a standard high-volume air pump used for inflatable SUPs, rafts, kayaks, and kitesurfing.

Setup takes just a few minutes.

No permanent installation required.

No poles or rods.

No ground supports.

No mechanical devices.

Nothing to break.
